Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator, responsible for managing loan processing tasks in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process applications for CTC submission to underwriting and manage conditions gathering
• Collaborate with partners, loan officers, and third parties to ensure timely loan condition clearance
• Maintain file quality and confidentiality while managing a minimum of 35 files simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• Previous mortgage processing experience is required
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Intermediate working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
• Demonstrates reliability and punctuality
