Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the wholesale lending process, the full-time Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator will manage loan pipelines, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure timely processing of applications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the wholesale loan pipeline to ensure timely processing and closing of loans
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication and resolve issues
• Prepare and maintain reports on pipeline status and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Experience in mortgage lending or a related financial field
• Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of wholesale lending processes and compliance regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
