Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Wholesale Processor will manage loan documentation and facilitate the processing of mortgage applications while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Process and review mortgage loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely processing and closing of loans
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards throughout the processing cycle

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
• Experience in mortgage processing or a related financial field
• Proficiency in mortgage processing software and systems
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulations and compliance standards
