Wholesale Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of strategic Wholesale initiatives, the full-time remote Wholesale Program Manager will manage cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes while leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes
- Build and maintain project plans across scope, schedules, milestones, and budgets
- Identify risks and roadblocks early, driving necessary actions to keep programs on track
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management with complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong Retail and/or Wholesale experience with an understanding of operational complexities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including scope and timelines
- Hands-on experience in a PMO or structured program management environment
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
