Key Responsibilities

• Input and maintain SKU and product data across retailer portals and internal systems
• Partner with account managers and sales leaders to support administrative and operational needs
• Pull, organize, and maintain weekly sales reporting and provide performance analysis

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a retail/wholesale sales coordinator in the beauty industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Previous experience in sales coordination and retail operations
