Job Summary
Supporting a growing wholesale operation, the full-time remote Wholesale Sales Coordinator will manage order processing, inventory reservations, and data communication with retailers while ensuring smooth operations and addressing potential issues proactively.
Key responsibilities
- Process orders and manage inventory reservations in collaboration with the planning team
- Communicate with retailers to resolve inquiries regarding orders, invoices, and product availability
- Monitor and update pricing and inventory data to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies
Required qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in wholesale support, sales coordination, or order management, preferably in consumer goods or retail
- Familiarity with B2B platforms such as NetSuite and NuOrder
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on maintaining accurate price sheets and inventory updates
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with retailers and internal teams
- Ability to work collaboratively across time zones with a globally distributed team
