Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Wholesale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, including recruitment and training
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the non-agency mortgage market
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and key partners while ensuring exceptional client service
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in wholesale mortgage sales, focusing on non-agency products
- At least 2+ years of experience managing a wholesale non-agency sales team
- Deep understanding of wholesale mortgage products, particularly non-agency loans
- Proficiency in Salesforce software and other sales tools
