Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Wholesale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, including recruitment and training
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the non-agency mortgage market
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers and key partners while ensuring exceptional client service


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in wholesale mortgage sales, focusing on non-agency products
  • At least 2+ years of experience managing a wholesale non-agency sales team
  • Deep understanding of wholesale mortgage products, particularly non-agency loans
  • Proficiency in Salesforce software and other sales tools
