- Oversee client onboarding and ensure effective communication with Operations and Business Partners
- Provide training, coaching, and performance reporting to ensure team meets service level agreements and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training
- 6-8 years of mortgage experience in a high-volume setting
- Channel-specific sales or processing background preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated leadership and willingness to learn quickly
