Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Wholesale Support Specialists and Account Executives
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure effective communication with Operations and Business Partners
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance reporting to ensure team meets service level agreements and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training
  • 6-8 years of mortgage experience in a high-volume setting
  • Channel-specific sales or processing background preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and willingness to learn quickly
