Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Wholesale Support Specialist will manage dealer and Pro Program Member inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of requests and maintaining high customer service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve Dealer and Pro requests, including orders, credits, and repair requests, in a timely manner
- Act as a liaison between Orvis and its Dealers and Pro Program Members, fostering strong relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth process for dealer orders and inquiries
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- Strong understanding of the fly fishing industry and specialty independent retail is a plus
- Experience in call centers, wholesale environments, or mail order industries is beneficial
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office; knowledge of I-Series is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
