WIC Program Business Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote WIC Program Business Analyst, the candidate will manage business analysis for large-scale IT systems, focusing on eligibility determination and program administration for the WIC program.

Key responsibilities:

• Define business problems, gather and document requirements, and verify solutions meet those requirements
• Support the administration of the WIC program and determine eligibility for participants
• Handle a heavy workload with minimal supervision while collaborating with team members

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role or 2+ years of strong background in the WIC program
• Experience with large-scale IT systems and business analysis methodologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of recent, relevant work experience
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
