Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wilderness Medicine Admissions Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to students via phone and email
• Assist with enrollments, cancellations, transfers, payments, and refunds
• Maintain data integrity and collaborate with the finance team on outstanding balance issues

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in a customer service role
• Ability to make autonomous decisions with excellent judgment
• Experience with reservation or booking software
• Familiarity with VoIP phone systems and Google/Microsoft Suite
• Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot or Dynamics 365 is beneficial
