Job Summary
Teaching online courses in Wildlife Conservation, the part-time Adjunct Instructor will facilitate engagement in 5-week undergraduate courses, provide timely feedback, and support student success in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate engagement in undergraduate-level courses in Wildlife Conservation and related subjects
- Provide timely feedback and engage with students through Discussion Board tasks
- Maintain and upgrade professional knowledge while contributing to the institution's commitment to sustainability and inclusivity
Required qualifications
- Terminal degree (e.g., PhD) in wildlife conservation, ecology, or related discipline, or a master's degree with significant professional experience
- Proficiency in personal computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills using email and digital conferencing tools
- Personal commitment to the environmental focus and mission of the institution
