Job Summary
To support online baccalaureate degree programs, the part-time Adjunct Instructor in Wildlife Conservation will facilitate engagement in 5-week undergraduate courses, providing timely feedback and fostering student interaction in a remote teaching environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate engagement in undergraduate-level courses in Wildlife Conservation and related subjects
- Provide timely feedback and respond to student inquiries in asynchronous course formats
- Contribute to the institution's commitment to sustainability and student success while maintaining professional knowledge and skills
Required qualifications
- Terminal degree (PhD) in wildlife conservation, ecology, or a related discipline, or a master's degree with significant professional experience
- Proficiency in personal computer software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills using email and digital conferencing tools
