Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications
• Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio
• Collaborate with business owners, vendors, and team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems

Required Qualifications

• Must be Willow Ambulatory certified
• Broad and/or in-depth knowledge of multiple areas of focus in application specialty areas
• Knowledge of systems functions including design, development, implementation, and maintenance
• Effective leadership skills and strong customer service orientation
• Superior organizational skills
