Job Summary
Managing multiple wind farms, the full-time Services Hub Leader will drive operational efficiency, foster a culture of safety, and oversee site management teams while ensuring exceptional customer experience remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of multiple wind farms, serving as the primary customer interface for complex operational matters
- Manage O&M KPIs at the hub level to enhance operational efficiency and performance while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Lead a team of both internal and supplier technicians, promoting a strong safety culture and managing performance development
Required qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine technology and its components
- Proven experience in site management and operational oversight
- Exceptional people management skills with a focus on team development
- Experience in resource planning and process standardization
- Ability to manage customer issues and contractual matters independently
