Key Responsibilities:

Provide superior customer service
Investigate and analyze coverage
Complete estimates, manage vendors, and negotiate settlements

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of property claims experience
5+ years of customer service and conflict resolution experience
Field and desk/virtual claim handling experience with Wind & Hail claims
Catastrophe claim handling experience preferred
Must be willing to work extended hours during high CAT volume
