Wind Project Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wind Project Engineer Lead to oversee the technical vision and execution of utility-scale wind projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of processes to ensure quality and integrity in wind project design
• Oversee design and risk management for Balance of Plant infrastructure and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Mentor and develop the Wind Project Engineering team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in the energy industry, with at least 8 years in wind engineering
• Deep understanding of wind power plant design and experience with wind turbine systems
• Proven experience in supporting EPC, TSA, and Owner's Engineering contract negotiations
• Proficiency with tools such as Global Mapper, AutoCAD, and/or ArcGIS
