Job Summary

As a full-time Wind Technician - Indiana, the successful candidate will perform maintenance and troubleshooting on wind turbine operations, ensuring optimal function and output while collaborating with site leadership and adhering to safety and quality control standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute contractual obligations by performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on wind turbine equipment
• Document all work performed using computer-based service reporting procedures
• Collaborate with the remote operations center and site management to address operational needs

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience as a Wind Technician or completion of a Wind Certificate Program/Associates Degree in Energy
• Passing a Technical Knowledge Assessment
• Valid driver's license and ability to handle repetitive weight of up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in various environments and flexibility for rotating shifts and on-call duties
