Job Summary
Windchill Java Customization Engineer is a full-time remote position requiring at least 5 years of experience, focused on developing advanced Java customizations for the Windchill platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced Java customizations within Windchill, including custom services and background processes
- Optimize performance of Java customizations and adhere to PTC customization best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Five or more years of Java development experience, with a strong focus on Windchill customization
- Deep experience with the Windchill Java API and customization frameworks
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server
- Experience supporting Windchill upgrades
