Job Summary
Windchill Java Customization Engineer is a full-time remote position seeking an experienced individual to design and develop advanced Java customizations within Windchill, focusing on deep customizations using PTC APIs and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced Java customizations within Windchill, including custom services and processors
- Optimize performance of Java customizations and adhere to PTC customization best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and provide hands-on post-go-live support to ensure system stability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Five or more years of Java development experience with a strong focus on Windchill customization
- Deep hands-on experience with the Windchill Java API and customization frameworks
- Solid understanding of Windchill data model, lifecycle, and workflow internals
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server
