Windchill Java Customization Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Windchill Java Customization Engineer, the full-time remote position will focus on advanced Java customizations within Windchill, leveraging PTC APIs and customization frameworks to enhance platform functionality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Java customizations, including custom services, listeners, and processors
• Extend the Windchill data model and implement complex workflow expressions while adhering to best practices
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to uphold engineering standards and improve team capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of Java development experience with a strong focus on Windchill customization
• Deep hands-on experience with the Windchill Java API and customization frameworks
• Solid understanding of Windchill data model, lifecycle, and workflow internals
• Experience with JSP, HTML, and strong SQL skills with familiarity in Oracle or SQL Server
