Windchill Java Customization Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Windchill Java Customization Engineer, this full-time remote position will design and develop advanced Java customizations within Windchill, extend data models, and optimize performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Java customizations within Windchill, including custom services and processors
• Extend the Windchill data model with custom types and attributes using Type and Attribute Management (TAM)
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to uphold engineering standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of Java development experience with a strong focus on Windchill customization
• Deep hands-on experience with the Windchill Java API and customization frameworks
• Strong understanding of Windchill data model, lifecycle, and workflow internals
• Experience with JSP, HTML, and Windchill client-side customization
