Windchill Java Engineer

Job Summary

Windchill Java Engineer is a full-time, remote position focused on developing advanced Java customizations within the Windchill platform, requiring extensive experience in Java and Windchill customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Java customizations within Windchill, including services, listeners, and processors
• Optimize performance of Java customizations and adhere to PTC best practices for upgrade-friendly solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective designs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of Java development experience with a strong focus on Windchill customization
• Deep experience with Windchill Java API and customization frameworks
• Solid understanding of Windchill data model, lifecycle, and workflow internals
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server
