Windchill Java Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Windchill Java Customization Engineer, the full-time remote position will focus on developing advanced Java customizations within Windchill, utilizing PTC APIs and customization frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Java solutions within Windchill, including services, listeners, and processors
• Extend the Windchill data model and implement complex workflow expressions while optimizing performance
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of Java development experience with a strong focus on Windchill customization
• Deep hands-on experience with the Windchill Java API and customization frameworks
• Solid understanding of Windchill data model, lifecycle, and workflow internals
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server
