Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quoting Operation Specialist - Multi-Family.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop pricing quotes and material lists using window/patio door quoting and estimation tools
• Review and complete projects initiated by other team members, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Act as a liaison between quoters/takeoffs and customers, addressing inquiries and improving service levels

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction or estimating experience, specializing in windows/patio doors
• Deep experience with multi-family projects, particularly large apartment projects with complex specifications
• Expert knowledge of building codes related to windows and patio doors
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Jira, Confluence, or PlanSwift is a bonus
• 2+ years of customer service experience
