Job Summary

Seeking a sharp and organized individual, the part-time Company Technician will provide Computer Technical Support for Windows 10, handling laptop servicing and deliveries remotely for approximately 6 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows 10 issues, including Wi-Fi connectivity and boot problems
• Pick up and deliver laptops on specified days, ensuring timely service
• Track tasks to completion while maintaining a "get things done" attitude under deadlines

Required qualifications

• At least two years of experience with Windows 10 troubleshooting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Minimum one year of experience in technical work
• A+ certification or equivalent is a plus
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
