Windows Junior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Windows Junior Analyst to support day-to-day Windows Server operations in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Windows Server upgrades and perform OS security patching
• Support compliance by following required procedures and producing audit-ready documentation
• Coordinate planned outages and create change requests in accordance with change management processes

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Windows Server administration or infrastructure operations
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server patching and upgrades
• Working knowledge of change management processes
• Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience
