Windows/macOS System Administrator

Job Summary

Administering and securing enterprise Windows and macOS environments, the full-time System Administrator III - Windows/macOS will manage identity and infrastructure services, implement federal security requirements, and troubleshoot complex issues in a remote and on-site work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize Windows Server and macOS environments across various infrastructures
• Implement federal security requirements and conduct vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support endpoint lifecycle management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of systems administration experience, including extensive Windows Server and 5+ years of enterprise macOS support
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem technologies and managing macOS devices using MDM platforms
• Familiarity with federal security and compliance frameworks, including NIST and FISMA
• Strong automation and scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, and Bash
