Perform remote and on-site vulnerability remediation and troubleshooting
Update desktop and mobile applications to align with compliance requirements and user preferences
Conduct computer patching and remediations using SCCM tool

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Desktop Support Engineer
Expert knowledge of MS Windows OS and MS Office products
Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune
Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
Familiarity with ServiceNOW and Ivanti
