Job Summary

A company is looking for a Windows Junior Analyst to support day-to-day Windows Server operations in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Windows Server upgrades and perform OS security patching
• Support NERC CIP compliance by following procedures and preserving audit evidence
• Create and execute change requests while producing detailed documentation for audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Windows Server administration or infrastructure operations
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of change management processes
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience
• Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments preferred
