Windows Server Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Utilizing automation and DevOps skills, the full-time Windows Server Automation Engineer will build solutions for Windows server customers and operations teams, ensuring compliance, security, and maximum uptime while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Automate the creation, testing, and installation of Windows Server infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines and various tools
• Provide cross-team support for deploying Windows Server infrastructure across multiple environments
• Review and evaluate Windows Security updates, engineering deployment processes for critical updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Deep technical knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems (2012R2/2016/2019) and Windows PowerShell
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS and related technologies
• Technical knowledge of Windows Internet Information Services (IIS) and Windows Clustering
• Experience with scripting and programming languages, particularly PowerShell
