Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for Windows 10 and 11 devices, printers, and business software
Engage with clients to manage expectations and ensure positive interactions
Document processes and update standard operating procedures (SOP) as needed

Required Qualifications

Experience in troubleshooting and managing Microsoft technologies, including Windows Servers and Active Directory
Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and networking principles
Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper-V
Proven track record of maintaining internal documentation
Experience with O365 and remote access solutions
