Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time Windows Support Engineer will troubleshoot and manage Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure while providing exceptional client communication and support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Become the go-to expert for troubleshooting Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and network systems
  • Own client communication, managing expectations and ensuring positive outcomes
  • Contribute to a knowledge base by creating and refining documentation for team success
Required qualifications
  • Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and managing Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, DNS, and DHCP
  • Demonstrated knowledge of advanced networking principles and troubleshooting firewalls and switches
  • A passion for excellent customer service and building trust with clients
  • Experience with Remote Access Solutions like Remote Desktop and RemoteApps
