Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time Windows Support Engineer will troubleshoot and manage Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure while providing exceptional client communication and support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Become the go-to expert for troubleshooting Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and network systems
- Own client communication, managing expectations and ensuring positive outcomes
- Contribute to a knowledge base by creating and refining documentation for team success
Required qualifications
- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and managing Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, DNS, and DHCP
- Demonstrated knowledge of advanced networking principles and troubleshooting firewalls and switches
- A passion for excellent customer service and building trust with clients
- Experience with Remote Access Solutions like Remote Desktop and RemoteApps
