Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Windows Support Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for troubleshooting Microsoft technologies, managing client communication, and maintaining a positive client experience while working within a structured ticketing system.

Key responsibilities
  • Become the go-to expert for troubleshooting Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure
  • Own client communication, managing expectations and ensuring positive outcomes in every interaction
  • Contribute to knowledge base documentation and collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, DNS, and DHCP
  • Demonstrated knowledge of advanced networking principles and troubleshooting skills for firewalls and switches
  • Proven ability to create internal documentation that aids team development
  • Experience with Remote Access Solutions like Remote Desktop and RemoteApps
