Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Windows Support Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for troubleshooting Microsoft technologies, managing client communication, and maintaining a positive client experience while working within a structured ticketing system.
Key responsibilities
- Become the go-to expert for troubleshooting Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure
- Own client communication, managing expectations and ensuring positive outcomes in every interaction
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, DNS, and DHCP
- Demonstrated knowledge of advanced networking principles and troubleshooting skills for firewalls and switches
- Proven ability to create internal documentation that aids team development
- Experience with Remote Access Solutions like Remote Desktop and RemoteApps
