Job Summary

To support a dynamic IT environment, the full-time Windows Systems Administrator will manage Windows servers, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform daily system monitoring while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Administers Windows development, test, and production servers, including patching and OS hardening
  • Diagnoses and resolves complex Windows OS, Active Directory, and server connectivity issues
  • Performs daily monitoring of Windows systems and initiates proactive remediation
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
  • Strong experience with Windows troubleshooting and server administration
  • Ability to support 24/7 operations and rotating shifts
  • U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required
  • Linux credentials may be beneficial if permitted
