Windows Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Level 2 NOC Systems Administrator with a Windows focus will administer Windows servers, troubleshoot complex issues, and monitor system performance while managing incident tickets and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows development, test, and production servers, including patching and OS hardening
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Windows OS and server connectivity
• Perform daily monitoring of Windows systems and initiate proactive remediation for performance issues

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
• Strong experience with Windows troubleshooting and server administration
• Ability to support 24/7 operations and rotating shifts
• U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required
• Linux credentials may be beneficial if permitted
