Job Summary

Providing ongoing Systems Administration support, the full-time Windows Systems Administrator will manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and applications in Windows environments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Systems Administration support and technical guidance across multiple organizations
• Engage with clients to gather specifications and align operational recommendations with business needs
• Configure and maintain software performance tests, remediating daily incident tickets to ensure system reliability

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Deep expertise in Windows systems administration
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support background
• U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required
