Windows Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Windows Systems Administrator for a full-time onsite position in Cambridge, MA, responsible for managing server functions, providing technical support to end-users, and maintaining computer systems in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all functions related to server operating systems and hardware
• Provide first and second-line technical support to remote and local end-users
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals

Required qualifications:

• 5 to 7+ years of experience supporting Windows servers
• Experience with hardware, software, RAID configuration, and patching
• Proficient in configuring and maintaining Windows operating systems, with additional knowledge of Linux/WSL
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and IT security practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regulated environment
