Wireless Asset Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a government project in Kentucky, the full-time Wireless Asset Management Analyst will manage cell phone and wireless device requests, issuance, replacements, and returns while maintaining accurate asset records and providing customer support, with some in-office work required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cell phone asset requests, including new and replacement device issuance and coordinating device returns
• Inspect, track, prepare, and coordinate cell phones for return shipment to the appropriate carrier
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the device issuance, replacement, and return lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Asset Management experience
• 2+ years of Customer Support experience
• 2+ years of technical support experience in a Service Desk environment
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar CRM/ITSM software
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
