Job Summary
To support strategic wireless customer relationships, the full-time Wireless Business Manager will manage cross-functional coordination across multiple departments, develop customer relationships, and drive revenue growth while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with sales and account management teams to support growth initiatives and coordinate successful sales opportunities for assigned wireless customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues, facilitate customer communications, and support customer business reviews
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer contracts and service requirements to advocate for customer needs and ensure compliance with agreements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, telecommunications, Information Systems, engineering, or a related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications, wireless, or related customer-facing roles
- Experience working with major wireless carriers such as Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and opportunities for operational improvements
- Experience managing customer relationships and coordinating activities across multiple internal organizations
