Wireless Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wireless Engineer for a contract role that is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tasks, milestones, and deliverables for wireless service integration projects
• Delegate tasks and gather information to produce status reports
• Work directly with staff and contractors to complete projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of radio frequency theory and wave propagation
• Extensive experience with Cisco wireless controllers and access points
• Ability to design and implement wireless LANs and configure security protocols
• Recent experience in designing and supporting 802.11 networks
• Understanding of firewall applications and wireless client tools
