Wireless Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and maintaining wireless networks for Multi Dwelling Units, the full-time Wireless Engineer will conduct site surveys, implement network infrastructure, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize wireless services in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and analyze property layouts to develop wireless network solutions
• Design and implement wireless network infrastructure, including access points and antennas
• Configure and manage Wi-Fi access points, controllers, and related network equipment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience in network design and installation
• 3-5 years of experience in wireless network engineering, design, and implementation
• Hands-on experience with Ruckus or Calix equipment and wireless networking protocols
• Strong understanding of RF principles and network security best practices
• Proficient in conducting site surveys and troubleshooting network issues
