Wireless Engineer

Job Summary

To support enterprise wireless deployments, the full-time Mid-level Wireless Engineer will execute established wireless designs, perform site surveys, validate network performance, and troubleshoot connectivity issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute enterprise wireless deployments and perform predictive and post-deployment wireless surveys
• Troubleshoot coverage, interference, roaming, and authentication issues while producing wireless deliverables
• Configure and support enterprise LAN infrastructure and assist with network upgrades and lifecycle management

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of enterprise wireless and networking experience
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting enterprise WLAN environments
• Experience conducting wireless surveys and validations, preferably with Ekahau
• Strong understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking fundamentals
• CWNA certification or vendor-specific wireless certifications, along with CCNA Enterprise
