Job Summary
A company is looking for a Wireless and Broadband Training Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for sales associates on AT&T Wireless products and services
- Design and create engaging training courses that align with organizational goals
- Deliver dynamic sales training presentations to diverse audiences in a retail sales environment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in presentation and training curriculum development related to wireless or consumer electronics sales
- Knowledge of wireless and fiber broadband internet, preferably AT&T
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web conferencing tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Ability to travel for multi-day training sessions as needed
