Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Contact Center - Patient Service Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assist in delivering primary health care and patient care management
• Assess and triage patients while recommending follow-up care
• Serve as a liaison between patients, their families, and health care providers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current State of WI or MI RN license required at time of hire; must obtain both MI and WI within 90 days of hire
• Graduation from an accredited RN program
• CPR/BLS certification required within 60 days of hire; ACLS desired
• Strong Primary or Specialty Clinic experience preferred
