Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to support the administration of public employee benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and remediate benefit data during system modernization and conversion initiatives
• Accurately update and maintain member demographic and benefit account information
• Process benefit program transactions including health, life, vision, and dental insurance

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with large and complex data sets
• Ability to interpret and explain complex rules, policies, or data
• Experience applying customer service principles in a public-facing environment
• Time management skills to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks
• Experience collaborating across teams and organizational levels
