Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst/Consultant III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement business process changes for various programs related to TANF and CWW
  • Manage comprehensive information technology projects, ensuring all phases of the software development life cycle are completed
  • Act as a liaison with other bureaus and departments to coordinate program initiatives and assist staff in their duties


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in business analysis and system requirements identification
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting program policies
  • Familiarity with information systems supporting W-2 and related programs
  • Project management experience, including documentation and stakeholder communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and agencies
