Wisconsin Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting application development initiatives, the full-time remote Wisconsin Business Analyst will facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, analyze business processes, and document functional and non-functional requirements for modern web applications built with Java, PrimeReact, and Kubernetes technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and stakeholder discussions to identify business needs and objectives
• Document and manage functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and business process workflows
• Support Agile delivery teams and assist project leadership with task management and project tracking activities

Required Qualifications

• Strong business analysis experience with a solid understanding of software development practices
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
• Knowledge of modern web application technologies, including Java and Kubernetes
