Wisconsin COB Recovery Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a COB & Recovery Analyst who will manage refund and recovery operations and Medicare Part D coordination of benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain reports for tracking voluntary refunds, recoup requests, and vendor reports
• Act as a liaison for claim recovery issue resolution between Payment Integrity and other departments
• Assist in the accuracy and efficiency of COB claims and resolve claims adjudication disputes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years combined operations/customer service experience in the health insurance industry
• 1-3 years of experience in COB, Claims, Refunds, and Recoveries or related work
• Knowledge of COB, MSP, and Medicare Part D
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with process improvement and operational efficiency preferred
