Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician, the contract position will provide Tier 3 support primarily in a remote capacity for a large enterprise environment, troubleshooting and maintaining systems for over 10,000 users while assisting with technical project implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 support for workstation hardware and software
- Maintain and support operating systems on user workstations
- Manage incidents and service requests in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Tier 3 desktop support
- 5+ years of experience supporting workstation operating systems
- 5+ years of experience in incident and service request management
- Must currently reside in Wisconsin
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional on-site visits
